I know this. The problem is that they promised to run sequencer until 31 March 2024 but now it’s not working for more than 1 month and transactions cannot confirm.

Yes, I’ve been a long-time supporter of old.zk.money, and now I haven’t been able to receive my money for over a month. What should users of old.zk.money do now that the sequencer for the old version has stopped? I see that there are currently 30 of those pending transactions.

old.zk.money is an even older version that has already been deprecated, this is what you’re seeing in explorer.aztec.network.
zk.money is what began its sun-setting 1 year ago and will conclude this March, this is what you can see here.

Same problem here. I have been trying to merge notes or withdraw but unable to do so because no blocks have been processed. I have not insignificant amount of funds stranded there without any further instructions.

There were never any deadlines for the migration from the old version. So I think stopping the old sequencer even before March 31st is not right.

The migration guide (from old.zk.money to zk.money) has been here since June 2022.
All users have had ample time to migrate or withdraw their funds from the old system, especially with news of zk.money sunsetting a year ago.

I will not continue this. You are trying to convince me that it’s OK, but it’s not. I would understand if there was a deadline for the old version, but it turned out that the deadline was decided silently by the team.

Currently, the UI is down and the block aren’t producing. Can both be supported until March 31st? We are aztec’s earliest supporters and now losing real money over this. Wouldn’t mind donating some funds to charity to incentivize this effort as I know the developers are busy with other priorities. It would go a long way for me, TeRvErO and others. Thank you for your attention and empathy.

The UI clearly stated the app would be deprecated on July 8th 2023. It took us slightly longer to publish the guide that lets users exit on their own. See screenshot of the code below.

Are you having issues running the exit container?

Hello.
I tried twice with private key containing 0.26ETH: so it synchronized a state, I logged in to the website, I created a withdrawal transaction, but it’s stuck when attempting to build a circuit. So twice it was the same problem:

After that, if I refresh the website, I get logged out. And when I try to connect to MetaMask again, I get an error “Something went wrong. This shouldn’t happen.”

What are the specs of the machine you are running this on? How long do you let this run before giving up? I am assuming you don’t see an error…
