I’m Jatin Sahijwani, co-founder of HackTourIND and lead of the Zcash India community. I’ve previously built and shipped ZkArbSDK - simple JS packages that abstract the full flow from Circom circuits to verifier deployment into a clean verifyProof() style API. It received a grant from Arbitrum foundation.
I’m currently exploring a combined toolkit for Aztec/Noir that would include:
- A high-usability JS/TS SDK that significantly lowers the barrier for integrating Noir circuits (similar philosophy to my previous SDK)
- A general-purpose private identity + selective disclosure layer on top (easy issuance of custom credentials + selective disclosure of attributes, with ready-made circuits and simple developer APIs)
The goal is to make privacy-preserving identity and selective disclosure much more accessible to normal developers who don’t want to become ZK experts.
Before investing significant time into an MVP and a formal grant application, I would really value honest feedback from the team/community:
- Is this something the ecosystem currently needs or would find valuable?
- How do you see this sitting relative to ZKPassport and the existing Noir/Aztec tooling?
- Would this kind of public-good developer tooling be something worth supporting?
Happy to share a short one-pager or early technical outline if useful. Completely understand if bandwidth is limited, even a quick directional signal would be extremely helpful.
