I expect bribery to be easy, via trustless [L1 contracts](http://forum.aztec.network/t/proposal-staking-proving-network-for-fernet/2439/9).

Economic incentives will push all blocks to be maximally profitable, and sequencers unable to produce these blocks will rationally delegate to third parties.

I actually think that might be fine, but alternatively you can set a MIN\_PROVER\_TIME like Mina. This makes high-latency networks competetive [[1]](http://forum.aztec.network/t/ideas-on-a-proving-network/724/2).
