The L2 Consensus Network suffers from censorship/halting risk. How do L1-forced transactions work? Same with an alt-DA layer.
Re-Based keeps the network alive via censorship fee (to bypass consensus), and restricts scope to inclusion-lists to reduce resource consumption and therefore centralization.
I like Economic Consensus. I think sequencers will reveal txs over the network immediately.
Pros
Fast, simple, feasible.
Inherits L1 security.
Cons
Sub-second preconfirmations requires L1 support.
