The Aztec Foundation has put together a short survey for sequencer and prover operators. The goal is to identify the biggest friction in day-to-day operations, so we can prioritize what to fix and improve.

**Who it’s for**  
Sequencer operators (solo, small providers, large providers), prover operators, delegators, and anyone considering running a sequencer.

**What’s in it**

- ~5-10 minutes to fill out

- Anonymous unless you choose to leave contact details at the end

- Covers client/node pain points, staking dashboard issues, HA setup, and an open box for anything you want us to know

- If you also run a prover, there’s a short additional section for that
